CGK and 24Checklist put digital quality checklist in practice on the shop floor.
The CGK Group was founded in 2004 and since has expanded into a fast-growing group with over 18 Mio EUR in revenues and close to 100 employees. The Chemical Process Solutions division delivers complete solutions for secure storage, treatment and usage of chemicals and other hazardous substances.

CGK Group is on a transformation journey towards a digital factory which implies that various processes within the company are being digitized. In order to deliver quality products to customers, finished products are subject to quality control where a set of tests are executed on chemical tanks prior to shipping, e.g. to detect leakage.
Previously, the checks were reported based on paper forms. This cumbersome process resulted in sheets that were not always accurately filled in and sometimes sheets were lost. In addition, manual post-processing was required to gather & analyze the results to finally take corrective actions.
CGK Group introduced 24Checklist as a digital alternative. Checklists are now easily completed on mobile devices, offering a wide variety of checks: picklists, free text, range checks, ability to upload pictures in case of deficiencies etc.
